Leadership development programme for established nursing and midwifery leaders

Our leadership programmes have been described as ‘transformational’ – and with good reason. We develop nurse and midwife leaders at every career stage enabling them to stay, thrive, lead and transform health and care.

This Established Leaders programme enables participants to further develop their individual and collective leadership identity, as well as creating a close network and sense of belonging.

The programme will equip established nurses and midwives with the additional skills and knowledge to better meet the demands of modern health and social care leadership.

"Passionate advocacy is my default and it comes from a genuine place, but I learned that quiet, thoughtful, well-placed messaging can be far more effective. That’s been one of the most useful things I’ve learned about myself as a leader. It’s changed how I take social care nursing’s stories into the rooms where decisions are made."

Michalae Thompson – Group Quality & Governance Manager | Senior Nurse, Forest Healthcare
