Join the ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ (FNF) and NAME UK for an engaging and timely webinar exploring how leaders at various levels navigate the noise in today’s stretched health and care system — and how they sustain clarity, compassion and impact amid complexity.

This session will shine a positive light on leadership in action, focusing on how leaders working at different levels of the system make sense of competing priorities, operational pressures and workforce challenges — while continuing to lead meaningful change.

We are delighted to be hearing from aÌýChief Nursing OfficerÌý(Emma Wadey),Ìýalongside aÌýSenior Charge Nurse (Christine Somerville)Ìýand aÌýHead of Nursing for NeurosciencesÌýfrom NHS services (Catherine Chambers), who will share their lived experience of leading through pressure. Together, they will explore how leadership shows up at different levels, how influence can be exercised regardless of role, and how values-led leadership helps teams thrive even in stretched environments.
